PLP provides a full and structured evaluation process.
Stage 1: Collection of feedback after each workshop.
Stage 2: Pre evaluation and post evaluation is undertaken. Observations are conducted
during each workshop and coaching session.
Stage 3: Behaviour changes are felt by the individual and observed by the workforce/peers.
Stage 4: The results are assessed against the original organisational objectives.
Stage 5: A return on your investment will be calculated based upon the options undertaken
within the PLP process.
Example: Take an average manager's salary plus on-costs, apply a 2% percentage increase in productivity for this individual. PLP would result in a pay-back period of less than one year, the effects will be long lasting.
